Whanganui District Council has opened up its draft Long-Term Plan 2021-2031 for public consultation. An opportunity to discuss elements in the plan occurs with the first community engagement event held from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Wednesday, 31 March at the Whanganui War Memorial Centre in Watt Street.
